Do you like putting together puzzles? If so, then 29 January is a special day for you - International Puzzle Day.
This holiday has been celebrated since around the mid-1990s. It was probably initiated by American manufacturers of all kinds of mind games. The aim of the Day is to draw attention to the positive effects of puzzles and other puzzles on the brains of children as well as the elderly. Among the many benefits are:
- developing concentration,
- anti-stress and calming effect,
- teaching logical thinking,
- support of learning processes,
- positive effect on visual memory.
