Tourism is an excellent way to spend your free time. It is also a way to learn about new cultures, traditions and languages. Soon, on 27 September, we will celebrate World Tourism Day.
The holiday was established in 1979 by a specialised UN organisation (UNWTO), of which Poland has been a member since 1975. This year it is "Tourism and green investment".
The aim of the day is to raise public awareness of the social, cultural, political and economic value of tourism worldwide and the contribution this sector can make to achieving the sustainable development goals.
We would like to celebrate World Tourism Day with you at the WOMAI Center for Science and Senses. On 27 September, when you buy tickets for the interactive exhibition of your choice, you will receive a 20% discount. You have a choice of two exhibitions "Into the light" and "Into the dark". Tickets for purchase are available via our website, but remember - places are limited.
