Soon, on 24 September, the 15th edition of the Małopolska Night of Scientists, coordinated by the Małopolska Region, will take place.
As a place created by people with a passion for science, we will also take part in this year's edition!
Our aim is to show that science does not have to be boring or complicated. All it takes is the right attitude, a little time and passion - and suddenly everything becomes simple, interesting and inspiring!
We believe that everyone can find something for themselves in the extraordinary world of science, as long as they have a bit of curiosity. That is why, in a few weeks' time, the WOMAI Centre will be open longer than usual for you.
We have lots of surprises and unique attractions prepared for you as part of this event.
What awaits you?
A visit to the "Into the light" exhibition, which presents scientific issues in an accessible and highly interactive way. Together with a guide, visitors will delve into the world of science and the senses, discovering the laws that govern reality around us. They will have the chance to break away from their shadows, walk on the ceiling and build their own planet out of magic sand. A guide, accompanying the group, will answer any questions and help them understand every element of the exhibition, from optical illusions, through colour or gravity, to the phenomenon of sound.
Who can come?
The offer is aimed at children and young people as well as adults. There is something for everyone at Womai. Suggested age - over 6 years old.
Kiedy?
Visits to the exhibition as part of Night of Scientists will take place at four different times. . The tours are scheduled to start at: 5 p.m., 6 p.m., 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. Exhibition duration: 1,5 hours.
