    • Managing classified ads

    • Providing ordered services

  6. The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are then entered into the Operator's systems.
    2. Through storing cookies on end devices (so-called "cookies").

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Login and data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login details entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. To protect data, the Operator regularly makes backup copies.
  3. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, in particular regular updates of programming components.

  2. In order to ensure technical reliability, the hosting company maintains server-level logs. The following may be recorded:
    • resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
    • time of request,
    • time of response,
    • client station name – identification via HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
    • URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the transition to the Website occurred via a link,
    • information about the user's browser,

    • diagnostic information related to the process of ordering services independently through recorders on the site,
    • information related to handling e-mails sent to and from the Operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Data is Used

  1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Controller. This applies to such groups of recipients:
    • the hosting company on the basis of entrustment,
    • postal operators,
    • authorized employees and associates who use the data in order to fulfill the purpose of the website,
    • companies providing marketing services for the Controller.
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Controller no longer than necessary to perform the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g. accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Controller:
    • access to your personal data,
    • rectification,
    • deletion,
    • restriction of processing,
    • and data portability.

You have the right to object, as referred to in item 3.2, to the processing of personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, but the right to object may not be exercised where there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular for establishing, exercising or defending claims.

  7. Automated decision-making activities, including profiling, may be undertaken in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the Controller’s direct marketing.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means we do not send them outside the European Union.

5. Information in Forms

  1. The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The Website may record information about connection parameters (time mark, IP address).
  3. The Website, in some cases, may store information facilitating linking form data with the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a particular form, e.g. for handling a service request, business contact, registration of services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.

6. Administrator’s Logs

  1. Information about user behavior in the Website may be subject to logging. These data are used for administration of the Website.

7. Important Marketing Techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to this service provider, only anonymized information. The service uses cookies stored in the user’s end device. Regarding user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The Operator uses Facebook Pixel. This technology makes Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) aware that a registered person uses the Website. In this case, it relies on data for which Facebook itself is the controller. The Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service uses cookies stored in the user’s end device.
  3. The Operator uses a solution that automates the functioning of the Website in relation to users, e.g. it may send an email to a user after visiting a specific subpage, provided the user has consented to receiving commercial correspondence from the Operator.
