• Customer service for people with disabilities – preparing employees of companies and public institutions to provide professional and accessible service to people with disabilities.
• Designing accessible public services – training on how to design services with people with diverse needs in mind, identify barriers, and implement real improvements.
• Health and safety for people with disabilities – training on ensuring safe working and building conditions for people with disabilities, including evacuation procedures.
• Etiquette for interacting with people with visual disabilities – presenting principles of communication and offering assistance in shared spaces to foster an atmosphere of trust and inclusion.
• Digital accessibility – training on accessible websites and applications for people with visual disabilities (alternative text, audio description, accessible documents, working with NVDA screen reader, WCAG guidelines).
• Adapting processes in companies – how to design inclusive employment processes, from sourcing and recruitment to onboarding, taking into account the needs of blind employees.
• Custom training – training on a specific topic, tailored to the individual needs and work characteristics of the team.

In your request, please include the number of participants, the chosen attraction(s), and your preferred date and time of visit. Please note: sending a request does not guarantee a reservation – it will only be made after receiving confirmation from a Center staff member.

Training sessions are held on-site (at the client’s location or at the Centre) or online. The ´into the darkness’ tour with the subject of accessibility takes place at the Centre.
