On the weekend of November 28–29, 2026, we invite travel agency representatives to the Open Days at the WOMAI Center for Science and the Senses in Kraków. This is an opportunity to explore our attractions, experience them firsthand, and see what we can offer organized groups.
What attractions have we prepared?
- ‘Into the light’: an interactive exhibition that allows visitors to explore the world from a scientific perspective. Participants learn about fascinating phenomena related to light, colors, and sound as they visit different stations and complete tasks. The group is accompanied by a scientist-guide who explains the topics in an accessible way. Duration: 1.5 hours.
- ‘Into the darkness’: a tour in complete darkness during which visitors learn about the daily lives of blind and visually impaired people. Through interactive activities, they can experience how their perception of the environment changes without the use of sight. The group is led by a blind or visually impaired guide, who also shares their own experiences. Duration: 1 hour.
- Experiment shows: demonstrations of physics and chemistry experiments that combine learning with fun. The program is tailored to different age groups, and participants can actively take part in the experiments and help conduct them. Duration: 1 hour.
During the Open Days, you’ll also have the opportunity to speak with our team about organizing group visits and the booking process. Participants can also look forward to gifts and discounts on group and individual visits.
How do I sign up for the Open Days?
Participation in all of the listed activities is free for travel agency employees on November 28-29, 2026. To take advantage of this offer, you must meet the following conditions:
- Send a reservation request to womai.krakow@gmail.com: in your message, please specify the number of participants, the attractions you’ve selected, and your preferred tour times. We’ve published all available Open Day dates on the website https://rezerwacja.womai.pl/en. Please choose from the times listed there – other dates are not available. Space is limited, and the availability shown on the website may not be up to date. We process requests on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to suggest a few alternative times. Free admission is valid only on November 28-29, 2026.
- Wait for booking confirmation: simply submitting a request does not constitute a reservation. We only accept requests sent from official travel agency email addresses. Your reservation is valid only after you receive confirmation from one of our staff members.
- Arrive on time: please arrive at WOMAI approximately 10 minutes before the tour begins. The tour starts at the scheduled time. If you are late or absent, your reservation will be forfeited, and you may not be able to join the group.
- Review the tour rules: Terms and conditions of visiting and sale of entry tickets apply. Please pay special attention to the prohibition on bringing cell phones, watches, other electronic devices, and light-emitting objects, as well as handbags, backpacks, and fanny packs onto the ‘into the darkness’ path.
